Where is my order?
Please have a look at our shipping information page which should help to answer any questions you have around shipping and delivery of your order.
For in-stock items you will receive a shipment confirmation email 1-2 days after your order was placed. This email will contain your relevant tracking number/s. Please reach out to email@example.com if you have not received this email after 5 days (check your junk/spam email folder first because sometimes our emails end up there!)
If your item is being shipped from our UK partners it will take approximately 5 -10 business days to arrive. We will notify you once the order has been despatched.
Amendments & cancellations
We work super quick at processing orders to make sure you receive them as soon as possible. You can amend your order as much as you like before you click 'complete order' but after this point you will be unable to make amendments to your order unless you contact us immediately after placing the order, in which case we will do our best to fulfil your request.

I want to exchange an item I bought on sale, how can I do this?
We do not offer exchange or refund on sale items unless faulty.
In the rare event that an item is faulty, not including general wear and tear from use, we will offer a replacement, if available or a refund. We must be notified within 14 days of receiving item. Please contact us for further instructions :)
How can I pay?
We accept payments through Paypal, Visa & Mastercard through eWAY, AfterPay, Laybuy. We do not see your credit card details and this information is not stored by us.
Not comfortable paying through our online store? We offer EFT or you can phone your details through to 0456 265 596 and we will process the payment manually. Credit card details are destroyed immediately.
