All orders are shipped within 48 hours Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm. If an item is out of stock our team will contact you.

*Standard delivery times between metropolitan areas of major cities, excludes time in customs if applicable & may be subject to unavoidable delays. So we are very sorry but these delivery times are not guaranteed, due to the fact that as soon as it leaves our warehouse it is out of our control.

We ship to the following countries: Austria, Belgium, Canada, China, Denmark, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Hungry, Ireland, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Malaysia, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Thailand, Taiwan, United Kingdom, USA. Sorry if your country is not on this list, we are unable to ship due to insurance reasons, delivery issues, high import duties and other reasons which prevents our customers receiving their goods in a problem free manner.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS PLEASE NOTE: All import taxes, brokerage fees & duties are payable by the customer. Saucy Ladies Intimates is not responsible for these charges and does not cover these fees. If you are unsure of your country’s import laws, we suggest contacting your countries customs department to find the guidelines around importing from Australia. Sorry, but we cannot alter the commercial invoice, this practice is not permitted by the Australian Customs and there are heavy penalties imposed. If an international parcel is returned to us due to unpaid import taxes, duties or any other costs or reasons imposed by the destination country or if parcel is refused acceptance or undeliverable, Saucy Ladies Intimates will provide refund excluding postage upon receipt of the parcel back to Saucy Ladies Intimates' warehouse.

 

Back Orders 


If an item goes on back order we will notify you and give you the option of cancelling your order or shipping you the part of your order that is in stock. When the item becomes available we will ship you the rest of your order. You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment. 

 

Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned, with tags attached.

Items must be returned within 30 days of purchase.

Unless item is faulty you will be responsible for the return delivery cost.

Return Exceptions

Some items cannot be returned if they are opened. These include intimate items such as vibrators, Kegel balls, oils, panties, stockings etc for obvious reasons.

Merchandise that has been worn, (apart from being tried on) used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

We do not charge a re-stocking fee but we do not refund the original shipping that you paid on the order unless the item is faulty or misrepresented.

Exchanges

If your clothing item is in like new condition, with tags attached, you may exchange your item for a different size or colour where available. You will have to pay return shipping unless your item is faulty..
